Welcome to Kentucky's Lincoln Museum

    Located in the Downtown Hodgenville National Historic District, The Lincoln Museum welcomes you to wander through the pivotal points in the life of the 16th President.

    A series of life-size dioramas, period artifacts, and a superb collection of wax figures brings to life the major events in Abraham Lincoln's life.

    From the "Cabin Years" to "Ford's Theatre" and the years between, visitors of all ages enjoy this close-up experience with one of the world's greatest leaders.

    The Lincoln Museum is three miles north of Abraham Lincoln's Birthplace National Historical Park and seven miles west of Lincoln's Boyhood Home at Knob Creek.

    The Museum galleries include civil war memorabilia, a collection of original Lincoln art, a funeral train exhibit and more.

ADMISSION RATES
Adults (age 12 to 59) = $5
Seniors (age 60 and up) = $4
Children (age 4 to 11) = $3
Under age 4 = free
Active Military = complimentary
Those under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
ACCESSIBILITY: The museum is wheelchair accessible.

SCHOLARSHIP

The Lincoln Museum is accepting applications for the Edward and Thelma S. Ford Scholarship. This $500 scholarship will be presented to a LaRue County resident graduating this year or pursuing continuing education. Completed applications must be submitted by 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2024. Learn more.
